    Abstract
    Global eGovernment is associated with providing opportunities to increase the connection, availability and modes of interactivity between governance at multiple levels and citizens. It is also associated with transforming current governmental services in ways to increase efficiencies, improve processes and automate tasks previously undertaken by governmental employee. In this paper, the researcher seek to present an integrated architecture framework for eGovernment Services that represents the alignment of IT infrastructure with business process management in public sector organizations and classify the barriers that might complicate the implementation of the proposed architecture framework. The study targets to help the IT practitioners in the public sector learn how to use and manage information technologies to revitalize business processes, improve decision making, and gain competitive advantage from the adoption of e-Service government. The approach adopted by the researcher was perform literature review of four existing frameworks, to get elements of a classical eGovernment framework, the questionnaires were then developed to highlight key interoperability elements with a view of seeking opinions of the policy makers to investigate how these elements would affect eGovernment implementation. The research findings were analysed to produce additional elements which were then added to produce the final framework which was then adopted. The resulting framework therefore comprised of four layers with each layer advocating for an important attribute of interoperability implementation.
