Personnel records system for Pamba engineering limited.

Abstract

The purpo5e of this project is to design and implement the computer based Per5onnel Record5 System for the department of Manpower Development and Admini5tration of Pamba Engineering Limited (PEL). In the current system of PEL, most of the required personnel records are not reflected and cannot be retrieved. easily The proposed system is expected to reveal and rectifY this malady . After a detailed interview with PEL management it was evident that a computerised personnel system will be of great help to the management in retrieval of the required information. In this aspect the proposed system will enable the Manpower and Administrative department to be central and active in serving other departments with the required information in the most efficient way for effective management.
