    Abstract
Harmonious work environment is the desire of all parties in employment relationship. One of the tools available to them in order to enhance this harmonious work environment is Collective Bargaining Agreement. Successful implementation of such agreement would create trust among the stakeholders. The purpose of the study was to determine the perceived influence of trade union officials’ behavior on the implementations of collective Bargaining Agreement at Teachers Service Commission in Kenya. The study was anchored on the theory of planed behavior and the negotiation theory. The study adopted Case study design and targeted Top and Middle level management of Teachers Service Commission as its target population of the Study. The data collected was analyzed though descriptive statistics like Mean, Standard deviation, Frequency and percentages and inferential statistics where trade union officials’ behavior and Implementation of Collective Bargaining Agreement were tested through SPSS tool of Linear Regression analysis. Out of the forty-three questionnaires sent out forty responded. Thirty-seven of these forty returned questionnaires were analyzed as three were partially filled hence could not be used in the analysis. The study findings established that trade Union officials engage is specific behavioral cues in order to positively influence implementation of Collective Bargaining Agreement. However, it is the finding of this study that KUPPET/KNUT official’s behavioral cues post sign-off of CBA has no influence on the Implementation of Collective Bargaining Agreement at the Teachers Service Commission. The study recommends that Teachers Service Commission should establish mechanisms that ensure implementation of each clause of CBA. The researcher recommends that further study be undertaken on factors that influence implementation of Collective Bargaining Agreement at the Teachers Service Commission in Kenya and also similar study be conducted at other institutions to establish variance in responses.
