    Abstract
This is a brief about Kenya haemophilia. The resume covers aspects of Kenya’s geography economic and health notes. It then gives a review of haemophilia in Kenya and the objectives of the Kenya Haemophilia Association (KHA). The write up also cites some highlights on the present state of haemophilia management. Finally aspects of challenges facing the haemophilias in Kenya are noted. There is only one centre of haemophilia in Kenya with a population of 30,000,000 people. The Center is located at the referral and teaching hospital in Nairobi. Haemophilia activities are just part of the other health services activities. Although KHA staffs are volunteers, they are attempting to cover the objectives of KHA, which are also the objectives of WFH. The major challenge is national awareness of haemophilia and it’s management. Other concerns include available infrastructure and facilities and the sustainability of the appropriate Factor concentrate. Since there are no governmental or nongovernmental bodies to manage haemophilia activities it remains for us to rise up to our call to a unified voice for the bleeding disorders community challenge.
