The Implementation of environmental pollution control law in Kenya

Abstract

To investigate the real meaning and nature of implementation of environmental pollution control law in Kenya, by addressing its substantive and procedural effects on application in the society. Whether there has been implementation and enforcement of pollution control law, to control environmental pollution. To recommend the measures to be taken in the law, its application, other government initiatives, in societal context, in order to achieve the expected results of a reduced and controlled environmental pollution.
