dc.description.abstractThis study investigates the challenges faced in the implementation of strategic initiatives at Amica Sacco, a financial institution. Drawing on stakeholder theory, contingency theory, and institutional theory, the research aims to offer insights into the multifaceted dynamics influencing strategy implementation within the organization. Employing a case study design, data was gathered through in-depth interviews with managers at Amica Sacco, providing a nuanced understanding of the intricacies involved in executing strategic goals. The analysis of the collected data was conducted through content analysis, allowing for a comprehensive exploration of themes and patterns. The findings reveal a spectrum of challenges encountered during the strategy implementation process, ranging from resistance to change and communication gaps to resource-related constraints and cultural hurdles. These challenges underscore the complexities inherent in aligning strategic goals with organizational practices, necessitating a holistic approach for effective implementation. The study recognizes Amica Sacco's resilience in proactively addressing identified challenges. The study recommends the need for effective leadership, communication, and cultural alignment in successful strategy implementation of firms. The recommendations emphasize the need for ongoing leadership development, transparent communication strategies, and talent development to enhance the organization's capacity for overcoming implementation hurdlesen_US
