Several different governments have been looking for ways to collaborate with the business sector in recent years since their financial resources have been declining and it is tough to generate fresh money in the current economic situation. Partnerships between the public sector and the corporate sector have been accorded an increasingly significant role in recent years. This study's overarching goal was to analyze how public-private partnerships affected the quality of care provided by public hospitals in Nairobi County, Kenya. The present investigation was shaped by the theoretical framework of service quality and new public management theories. The researchers in this investigation deployed a descriptive cross-sectional approach. The investigation looked at 66 different hospital systems in Nairobi County. According to the research, public hospitals in Nairobi County have widely embraced PPP financial assistance and PPP administrative support. Additionally, it has been determined that the implementation of a public-private partnership model has favorable outcomes in terms of service delivery. According to the study's results, public hospitals in Nairobi benefit enormously when private organizations contribute to their upkeep through Public-Private Partnerships. To this end, it is necessary to put in place efficient financial structures, guarantee enough service funding, ensure prompt release of cash by financiers, and guarantee that this sum is sufficient to sustain the healthcare facility's day-to-day operations. Additionally, the research results have shown that the presence of public-private partnerships has a significant impact on the human resources of public hospitals in Nairobi. This effect is manifested through the recruitment of highly skilled personnel and the implementation of motivational strategies to enhance staff performance. The research findings indicate that the provision of procurement assistance via Public-Private Partnerships has a significant impact on the service delivery of public hospitals in Nairobi. This impact is seen in terms of timely product delivery, efficiency in procurement procedures, the quality of the goods provided, and the acquisition of essential equipment. The research results indicate that the provision of managerial assistance via Public-Private Partnerships has a significant impact on the service delivery of public hospitals in Nairobi. This is achieved by ensuring that workers possess the necessary management abilities.en_US
