The increasing need for dependable high-speed internet connections elevates optic fiber to one of the most desired technologies. Various sectors have observed a rise in the need for voice communication and a desire for significant volumes of data. This current research aimed at establishing how agile project management practices influences performance of Zuku fiber optic internet projects in Nairobi County. Guiding the study were four different objects including; To determine how project scheduling exerts influence on the performance of Zuku fiber optic internet initiatives in Nairobi County, To establish how budgetary support exerts influence on the performance of Zuku fiber optic internet project in Nairobi County, thirdly, to examine how Value delivery aspects influences the performance of Zuku fiber optic internet project within Nairobi, and lastly to assess the influence of scope management on the Zuku fiber optic internet project performance within Nairobi County. The main anchorage theories included Theory of Reasoned Action, supported by two other theories; Theory of Planned Behavior along with The Technology Acceptance Model. The current research utilized descriptive survey research design. Census approach was applied to involve all the 76 Zuku fiber optic project staffs in collecting data. Questionnaire was utilized in collecting data, which were then synthesized by means of descriptive statistics together with inferential statistics and the analysis outcome conveyed in table form. Descriptive statistics showed that respondents agreed moderately with most of the Likert scale items presented on project scheduling, budgetary support, value delivery and scope management. Regression analysis found that project scheduling, budgetary support, and scope management expressed a statistical significant correlation with performance of Zuku fiber optic internet project in Nairobi County. On the contrary, value delivery had insignificant interrelation with performance of Zuku fiber optic internet project in Nairobi County. Study conclusion stated that performance of Zuku fiber optic internet project within Nairobi County was dependent on project scheduling, budgetary support, and scope management practices. Study recommended utilization of modern technological tools in project scheduling and scope management to enhance performance performance of Zuku fiber optic internet project in Nairobi County. Further, Zuku management need to relook at value delivery practices in fiber optic internet project in order to realize significant influence. Suggestion for other studies to consider researching on other APM practices which were not included in this current study, as well us undertake further studies in the other counties and in Kenya as a whole
