dc.description.abstract | The purpose of this research was to examine how Seaweed farming projects self- help groups in
Kwale County, was able to put its project management strategy into action. The study set out to
accomplish three main goals: first, to establish how project management leadership abilities,
experience, and style impacted Seaweed farming project implementation; second, to find out how
project management leadership experience and style impacted the group's implementation; and
third, to examine these effects. To examine how Seaweed farming projects implementation relates
to project management leadership, this study used a descriptive research strategy. Six project
supervisors, ten project officials, and two hundred forty seaweed farmers from Lunga Lunga Sub-
County made up the target group. Following Yamane's (1967) method, 156 respondents made up
the sample size. We used descriptive statistics and regression analysis as our analytical model. To
ensure the data was comprehensive and easy to understand, we double-checked it before diving
into the quantitative analysis. Our statistical software of choice for both descriptive and inferential
analyses was SPSS 21.0. Project management leadership is having an effect on self-help group
initiatives, according to researchers in Lunga Lunga Sub County. | en_US |
