The absence of comprehensive digital mapping of health facilities has led to inefficiencies in accessing critical healthcare services. This project addresses the challenges faced by community health workers and individuals in locating health facilities, particularly in Kiharu Sub County. The primary aim is to enhance community healthcare delivery through the implementation of web mapping technologies. This study begins by assessing the existing healthcare infrastructure within the Sub County. Questionnaires and ground survey methods were used to assess the existing healthcare infrastructure. This data formed the basis for designing a spatial database tailored to the specific needs of healthcare management in the Sub County. The development phase involved leveraging web mapping technologies to create an intuitive and accessible web application for healthcare professionals and community members. The assessment revealed key insights into the distribution and accessibility of health facilities within the region. The spatial database successfully integrated detailed information on each facility, enhancing decision-making processes for healthcare accessibility and infrastructure development. The developed web application provided a user-friendly interface for accessing information on healthcare services, improving efficiency in patient referrals and emergency responses. By implementing web mapping technologies, this project significantly improved the accessibility and effectiveness of healthcare services in Kiharu Sub County. The spatial database and web application not only facilitated better coordination among healthcare providers but also empowered community members to make informed decisions about their health. Future efforts should focus on expanding the application to include additional functionalities and scaling the approach to benefit other underserved regionsen_US
