The goal of this study is to determine whether there is a correlation between the psychological wellbeing and relationship quality of young adults who attend St. Jude Catholic Church in Donholm Parish, Outering Deanery, Nairobi County. 95 volunteers between the ages of 23 and 30 made up the representative sample that was the subject of the study. Simple random sampling was used to choose the population that took part in the study, which used a descriptive design. In order to contextualize psychological wellbeing, the study used the PERMA theoretical framework. The study’s findings indicate that young adults dating at St. Jude Catholic Church Parish generally have high-quality relationships. The majority of young Christian adults in dating relationships (M=3.122) reported greater relationship quality because they were emotionally intelligent and committed. (Check out table 4.4.2.1). Furthermore, the results of the study show that psychological wellbeing was a strong predictor of relationship quality. In summary, commitment r= 0.819, (F=399.168, p<0.001), (t=19.979, p<0.001). (See table 4.5.2.1.1); emotional intelligence r=0.838, (F= 456.505, p< 0.001), (t=21.366, p< 0.001). (See table 4.5.2.2.1); communication style r= 0.658, (F=169.358, p< 0.001), (t= 13.014, p< 0.001). (See table 4.5.2.3.1). The findings indicate that young adults in romantic relationships who place a high value on commitment feel happier and are more satisfied in their relationships. Furthermore, the findings show that when partners have higher emotional intelligence (r=0.838), they are better able to comprehend their partners’ points of view, which lowers miscommunication and improves the ability to solve issues that are likely to arise as the relationship grows. The establishment of a counseling center on church property is strongly advised by the research. Young people and other Christians can receive counseling services from the center.en_US
