    Abstract
    Cyclophosphamide itself has no alkylating activity and does not posses cytostatic effect in vitro. In vivo it undergoes activation initially by hepatic micr-somal mixed function oxidase to a number of alkylating metabolites which may be detected by their non-specific reaction
