    Abstract
The purpose of this project was to study the current system used by the organization with a view to identifying and improving its shortcomings. This included going through the existing documents, interviewing the users of the system and observing the actual business transactions taking place. The other objective was to study those parts of the system that currently perform adequately and computerize them to improve their efficiency. This was expected to result in adjustment of certain aspects of the system such as input design, database design and output design. This has indeed turned out to be the case as a number of changes have been made in these parts of the system. The third objective was to develop and implement a fully integrated and computerized system.
