Abstract

With glutamate pyruvate transaminase as a cytosolic marker and a -glycerol phosphate dehydrogenase as a glycosomal marker the intracellular location of transaminases utilising leucine, isoleucine, valine, phenylalanine, tyrosine and tryptophan as substrates was investigated.
