The central concern of this dissertation in this: what is the nature of constitutional and the legal restraints seeking to circumscribe presidential and parliamentary elections in the liberal democratic orientated on e-party states of Kenya, Tanzania and Zambia? Specifically, we seek to discover the extent to which the legal standards, as applied in reality, promote or otherwise affect competition within the one-party electronic system
