Abstract

A retrospective study was carried out on 209 cases of the laryngotracheobrochitis (LTB) treated in the Intensive Care Unit (ICU) at Kenyatta University Hospital (KNH) from August 1972 to December 1984. There were 134 males (64.1%) and 75 females (35.9%), and therefore, a male : female ratio of 1.8:1
