    Abstract
The project was undertaken to develop an On-line Accounts Receivable System for ABCO Limited. The main objective was to replace the existing batch oriented accounts receivable system with which serious problems have been encountered in processing the current volumes of accounts. The methodology used for Software Development was Structured System Analysis and Design Development methodology (SSADM). SSADM uses easy terminology that makes it easy for users and developers to understand. The system is based on relational data. Ms-Access was used to create, edit and manipulate the database. Visual Basic version 6 was used to create the input forms, user interface and report generation.
