A survey of training needs of agricultural project managers in the Ministry of Agriculture in Kenya
Abstract
In this research, a survey has been carried out on the training needs of agricultural project manager in the Ministry of Agriculture in Kenya. Data was collected by examining personnel records in the Ministry, interviewing the Policy-makers, project co-ordinators and the project managers in the ministry.
