    Abstract
    The study is an investigation of knowledge and attitude of the scouts as determinants of the (scout) effectiveness in lec on population/ family planning messanges. It revolves around the hypothesis that socio - economic and social cultural and demographic factors affect positively the knowledge and the attitude scouts and their source of information..
