Form one admission system

Abstract

Form one admission system is a special of kind system that deals with allocation of standard eight pupils to various secondary schools. The system is reflecting a real situation of what happens when selection of form ones is taking place. It does this by alJocating the candidates to National, Provincial and District schools. The allocation depends on K.C.P.E cut marks, candidate's choice and available vacancies in a particular secondary school. More to that, the system generates the list of candidates admitted in a particular secondary school and their admission letters. Finally the system generates important reports for the Ministry Of Education Science and Technology. Such reports are like best schools and best students in the country.
