The results of the study show that a relationship exists between training and employee performance in organizations even though other factors enhance performance too. In order for organizations to have a competitive advantage over other organizations they are in competition with, there is need for them to invest in their human resources who perform to bring about tangible results. For future research, a study should be carried out to deter-mine if there is any t: relationship between motivation and employee performance•in organizations.
