Content analysis of the coverage of foreign news in Kenya's print media. a comparative study of the Daily Nation and the East African Standard.

Abstract

This research is an analysis of foreign news content in the Kenyan print media. It uses content analysis to study the period, August 1st 2002 to August '3 Ist 2002 It is both a quantitative and qualitative study. There has not been much research in the area and this study therefore attempts to provide some initial body of material that future studies can be built on.
