dc.description.abstracta. The diseases found in cattle hides included streptptrichosis {Dermatophilus congolensis) which affected 16% of hides in Kenya, 90% in Tanzania and less in the other countries, surveyed, ringworm, sporotrichosis and nocardiosis. Damage was also caused by Aspergillus.
