Abstract

MEDEVA TV My Constitution This is a pioneering series of short dramatized films in Kenyan Sign Language educating the deaf community on the contents of Kenya’s new constitution. These films were produced in conjunction with the Kenya National Association for the Deaf (KNAD) upon realization that the deaf are always locked out of national civic education processes.
