Abstract

This study examines the background factors as well as the particular industrial and social forces operating in two factories, that have impact on a sample of 55 Kenyan supervisors. In particular, it attempts to Appraise their feelings and attitudes towards their job and Future management, employees and the organisation to which they belong. The aim, is first to give a straightforward description of the social background and attitudes of the sample of supervisors, representing two companies and second to offer some theoretical explanations to their attitudes and perceptions
