Kasabach merritt syndrome in an adult female African : case report

Abstract
A case of KMS in a 25 year old female African is described. Her past medical history, laboratory findings and management are presented. The findings in this case are found to be in common with those in published cases. That this patient could have benefited from an early surgical intervention is our conclusion
