Abstract

Dr Ravinder Rena, Editor-in-Chief of the International Journal of Education Economics and Development (IJEED), and currently at the Department of Economics, School of Business and Management, Polytechnic of Namibia. Prior to this, he worked in Eritrea for more than a decade. His recent books are: Eritrean economy: problems and prospects for development; and Financial institutions in Eritrea, published by the New Africa Press in December 2006.
