Computer Based Quality Management for Small Scale Manufacturers in Kenya

Abstract

The objective of the research are to develop a computer based Quality Management program that is applicable to small and medium scale manufacturers. Among the tasks to be accomplished is pursuing the above objective, was the validation of the computer program by applying it to a small scale manufacturing organization.
