Further, the study found out that there is need for the change leaders to be proactive, visionary and use the power and authority vested to them in the right manner to create good work relations and thus promote business growth. In light of the findings, the study recommends that since the multinational banks have adopted change leadership approaches successfully, there is need to focus on change management issues.
