UoN receives scholarships worth KES 1 million from Mitsubishi Corporation

Abstract

Mitsubishi Corporation, General Manager, Masatoshi Wada hands over certificates of 15 student scholarships worth KES 975,000.00 to the University of Nairobi, Deputy Vice-Chancellor, Academic Affairs, Prof. Henry Mutoro. The scholarships are part of Mitsubishi’s four year corporate support for social, educational and environmental programmes. Looking on is the Chairman, Department of Geography and Environmental Studies, Dr. Sam Owour – the scholarships benefited students from his department.
