    Abstract
    The problem of road traffic accidents is increasingly becoming a threat to public health and national development in many developing countries. Apart from inflicting physical injuries to the survivors, motor vehicle accidents have been found to be a principle cause of Post Traumatic Stress Disorder, often with enduring symptomatology.This study aimed at elucidating any differences in PTSD between the survivors of motorcycle and automobile accidents.
