Geophysics in tropical Africa

Abstract

The author examines the scope of geophysics and covers the study of the physical properties of the earth, including its interior and its atmosphere. He also explain why geophysics is a very relevant and practically useful subject to study in Kenya. He concludes by indicating its future development in the University of Nairobi.
