dc.description.abstract	The University of Nairobi (UON) is heavily investing in access to electronic resources for research. The ()UON Library is keen to know how this information is impacting academic programs. During her sabbatical leave, the author of this paper visited two libraries advanced in usage of e-resources in USA and carried out a literature review on the subject.
