    45TH GRADUATION CEREMONY PUBLICITY ACTIVITIES

    Abstract
    The University of Nairobi will be hosting its 45th Graduation Ceremony on Friday 9th September 2011, from 9.00 a.m at the Chancellor’s Court. This ceremony will feature 4500 graduands from the colleges of: Agriculture and Veterinary Sciences, Architecture and Engineering; Biological and Physical Sciences and Education and External Studies. The ceremony will be presided over by the Chancellor, Dr. Joseph Wanjui and will be graced by among others the minister for higher education, science and technology, Prof. Margaret Kamar. As part of the publicity activities around this event, a documentary will be aired on KTN on 6th and 7th September 2011 after 9.00 pm prime time news and NTV on 8th September 2011 at the same time. A supplement will also be published in the Daily Nation of 8th September 2011 and in the East African Standard the following day.
