Focus on chairperson, civil and construction engineering department

Abstract

Dr. S.W Mumenya, is the current chairperson at the Civil and Construction Engineering Department. She took over the department’s mantle in 2014 and has big plans that are in line with their mission, which is to educate individuals to become the leaders in their profession.

Her department offers distinguished programmes of graduate study and creative research in selected areas of civil, highways and transportation, structures, and environmental engineering which are geared towards improving the scientific and technological basis for civil, construction, and environmental engineering practice.
