Abstract

SONU ELECTIONS I hereby announce, under Article 19 subsection (1) of the SONU Constitution, that the 2013 SONU elections shall be held on Friday 26th April, 2013. PAYMENT OF NOMINATION FEES This is to inform all prospective candidates that they shall be required to pay Kshs. 3,250 nomination fee for Executive positions and Kshs. 1000 for Congress Positions to College Bursars in their respective Campuses. The College Bursars shall receive nomination fees on Friday 5th April, 2013, Saturday 6th April, 2013 and Sunday 7th April, 2013. Nomination forms shall be collected from Student and Staff Electoral Commissioners from the following venues on 8th Monday 2013 from 8.00 a.m. to 5.00 p.m.

Violation of any election rules or regulations, and/or the Rules and Regulations Governing the Organization, Conduct and Discipline of Students of the University of Nairobi will lead to appropriate disciplinary action, including automatic disqualification from the election process.
