Smart villages workshop in Arusha Tanzania

Abstract

The workshop was on New thinking for off-grid communities world wide.It was organized by Malysian Commonwealth Studies Centre-Cambridge Malysian Education and Development Trust in partnership with European Academies Science Advisory Council and International Science Programs, Sweden. It was jointly hosted by Tanzania and Kenya Academies of Science. Dr. Gatari chaired two discussion group sessions.
