Four CEBIB students participated in the finger millet genome annotation jamboree held at BecA-ILRI Hub, Nairobi, Kenya on May 25 -29, 2015.The three included: Helen Ogot (Phd), Muna Abry (MSc), Kelvin Muteru (MSc) and Tania Bishola (MSc).The workshop was hosted by Bio-Innovate Africa in collaboration with BecA-ILRI Hub, ICRISAT and the Swedish University of Agricultural Sciences (SLU).It was aimed at providing a learning forum for researchers in bioinformatics,computational biology as well as scientists utilizing computational methods in their research.
