Get to know refugees, their roles in the host country

Abstract

This event was sponsored by UNHCR, Danish, Refugee Council (DRC), National Chamber for Commerce & Industry with representatives from IMF, UNHCR, DRC, UNDP Commissioner for Refugees- Mr H. Komen, CEO Red Cross, Kibra MP Hon Kenneth Okoth among others. Many refugees shared their experiences, good and bad as well as their contributions to Kenya economy. they made several recommendations to the Kenyan government.
