General approaches to the identification of protective antigens in parasitic diseases.
Abstract
Some of the vaccination procedures which may be used to induce partial or complete immunity to parasitic diseaes are outlined, and the problem of identifying protective antigens is considered with reference to schistosomiasis, trypanosomiasis, leishmaniasis and malaria.
