| dc.description.abstract | First year students in the college of architecture and engineering (CAE) started reporting on Monday 14th 2015. The students will undergo a week of orientation which will be mainly based within their schools and departments. The students will be expected to join other first years from other departments as they meet the Vice Chancellor Prof. Peter Mbithi who will officially welcome them to the university on Thursday 17th 2015. Orientation is expected to bring them up to date with the facilities and resources available to them in the university as well as familiarize them with the university and its environs. The acting principle will also meet them on Tuesday 16th to welcome them to the college. | en_US |
