CHS Sports Dept continues to nurture talents

Abstract

The College of Health Sciences (CHS) Sports Department offers an array of sports disciplines ranging from team sports, to individual sports. The intramural games include inter-level and inter-schools competitions.

The inter-campus games and external build up games are aimed at increasing socialisation and wellness, as well as screening and nurturing talent of the gifted students. The latter join the university teams that compete in national, regional and continental games.

The most popular sport is soccer with every level and school fielding a team in the various intramural competitions organized in the college. The College team also participates in external fixtures such as inter-campus games, as well build up matches with other Universities.
