Cervical cancer has become a major issue among HIV infected women. This study evaluates the survival probabilities, life expectancy and the number of years lost among HIV/AIDS infected adult female with cervical cancer in Kenya. This study considers HIV infected women aged between 15 and 54 years .The data used in this study is derived from different epidemiological and demographic research. This study analysis is supplemented by applying a combination of multistate Markov model and survival probabilities with additional force of mortality. The study finds that there is a decrease in probability of surviving for HIV infected women with cervical cancer compared with probability of surviving of HIV infected women without cervical cancer.en_US
