dc.description.abstractSustainable competitive advantage has become a major area of study in Human Resourcec Management (HRM). Many organisations have deployed human resource information systems to achieve efficiency,effectiveness and competitive advantage. There is vast support from theoretical and empirical literature that HRIS; has influence on competitive advantage. However this study introduced HRM practices as the moderating variable and differentiation strategy as the moderating variable.
