Obsterical and gynaecological case records and commentaries

Abstract

The case records given in this book were attended by me, when I was a Senior House Officer in the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology at, Kenyatta National Hospital under the supervision of the Senior Staff in the Department. It is necessary to describe routine procedures that recur from one case to the other to avoid monotony and repetition in individual cases.
