System For The Office Of The President, District Focus For Rural Development

Abstract

In this report I have tried to cover, in part, analysis and investigation of the existing manual system for monitoring development projects, at the Office of the President. Out of this analysis and an analysis of the information needs at the same office, I have come up with a design for an information system that meets some of the initial information requirements. The system has been implemented partly. My intentions were to develop a system that would be user friendly in order to limit the problems of having to look for experts in computer to use the developed system. I have done this by designing appropriate menus. A user's manual is also provided to ease the problem further.
