    Abstract
    It is imperative to note and appreciate the role of teacher's in changing the lives of learners in education set ups. As the world shuns segregation in all aspects of life education included,the concept of inclusive education is a sure way of ameliorating the current scenario within the four walls of our classrooms. This book goes to the length of exposing teachers' efficacy as an integral component in actualizing the implementation of inclusive learning. The book will be of great assistance to those teachers at all cycles of education who are horning their pedagogical skills in the contemporary society. The policy makers and financiers in education will find the book informative as they make policies that are in tandem with the ideal inclusive society.
