This was statistically proven to be true by the values of calculated Chi-square that were greater than the critical Chi-square value of 9.488 at 95% confidence level and 4 degrees of freedom. In the summary of findings and conclusions in chapter five, the research has had a number of scholars who were in agreement with the field findings that the stated factors in the objectives and questionnaire had an influence in the implementation of ICT projects.
